Your records on every device, under your control

How sync works

Changes are written to Cloud Firestore and pushed to every device signed in to the same account. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by the platform. Records are never silently deleted; deletions are soft deletes that can be recovered by support if something goes wrong.

Devices and sign-in

The device management screen lists every active session with its device name and last activity. Sign out a lost phone remotely. Email sign-ups are verified before the account is fully active, and passwords can be changed from the app.

Consent you can see

The app records which version of the terms and privacy policy you accepted and when, and asks again when they change. This versioned consent model was built for India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and applies to every user. You can delete your account and its data from the settings screen at any time.

Receipt scanning runs on the device, so receipt images are not uploaded for text recognition. The app does not sell personal data. Usage analytics and crash reports help us fix problems; see the privacy policy for the full list of what is collected.
