Yes. AutoVault is free with every feature included, including receipt scanning, reminders and unlimited vehicles, which are Premium features in Fuelio. Fuelio tracks more expense categories and exports CSV, which AutoVault does not yet.
Can I move my Fuelio data over?
Not yet. Import is on the roadmap. Fuelio exports CSV, so keep that file; you will be able to import it once the feature ships.
Which one handles CNG cars?
Both. Fuelio supports bi-fuel vehicles with two tanks, and so does this app, with separate economy and cost figures per fuel.
